These terms and conditions apply to the use of our website and the purchase of products from Thallo & Whimsy Ltd.
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Formation of Contract
A contract between you and Thallo & Whimsy Ltd is formed only when your order has been accepted and dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order prior to dispatch, for example in the case of pricing errors or stock issues.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already confirmed.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
4. Delivery
Delivery options and estimated times are shown at checkout.
We are responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or a person nominated by you.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including postal disruptions, customs delays, or carrier issues.
For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Your Right to Cancel (Online Orders)
If you are purchasing as a consumer and order online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
You may handle the goods as you would in a shop to inspect them. If the goods show signs of use beyond what is necessary for inspection, we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. We will also refund the cost of standard delivery. If you selected a premium delivery option, only the standard delivery cost will be refunded.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If your item is faulty, not as described, or does not function as intended, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances and timing of the issue.
Please contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
7. Items Purchased In Person
For items purchased at in person events, you do not have an automatic right to cancel if you change your mind.
Your rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any matter for which it would be unlawful to exclude liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website or products.
9. Website Use
We aim to ensure that information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all content is free from errors.
We reserve the right to update or amend website content and these terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply to your purchase.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are purchasing as a consumer outside the UK, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence.
11. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
12. Intellectual Property Rights
All products, artwork, text, graphics, logos, and content on this Site are owned by Thallo & Whimsy Ltd or used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or distribute content without written consent.

- Orders containing multiple promotional packs may be cancelled at our discretion
- Additional packs can be purchased separately at the standard retail price

- Returns and refunds are handled in line with our standard shop policies
